How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a verification code to reset your password.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or by sending an email to support@pulseroutines.com requesting account deletion. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address in the app settings under Profile. You'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.

How can I export my data?

You can request a copy of your data by contacting our support team at support@pulseroutines.com. We'll provide you with a downloadable file containing your personal information and workout data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) where you originally subscribed. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. Premium plan users receive priority support with faster response times.

Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, all your personal information, workout data, client information (for trainers), and progress photos will be permanently removed from our systems.

To delete your account:

  1. Open the Pulse app and go to Settings
  2. Navigate to Account > Delete Account
  3. Confirm your decision and enter your password

Alternatively, you can email support@pulseroutines.com with your account deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.
