By creating an account or using Pulse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To use Pulse, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a trainer account, or 13 years old to create an athlete account with parental consent.

You agree to use Pulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Pulse, including workout routines, client information, and progress data. By using our service, you grant Pulse a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Pulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

Pulse may integrate with third-party services, including Google Sign-In for authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

Pulse is a fitness management tool and does not provide medical advice. The workout routines and fitness information provided through our service are for general informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. Pulse is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from following workout routines created or managed through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Pulse will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting our support team.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pulse shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our platform and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of Pulse after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
